Let me explain . . . we've had this lizard since Carsen's 1st birthday. He's been pulled and tugged and pulled and tugged back and forth . . . stuck to the ceiling, the wall, you name it . . . if you can do it with a bendy lizard, then it's been done. The poor guy has seen better days. He's got a chunk missing out of his mouth (don't ask me how?), and he has a pretty severe cut in his arm. Braeden insisted that Daddy try and fix him. Jason tried to tell him that glueing it wouldn't work because the lizard is stretchy, but no was not good enough for him. We got a pouty lip and even some tears! I even called my friend because Braeden told me that "HE KNEW THAT PHOENIX'S MOM GLUED THEIR FROG!!" It turns out it wasn't Phoenix's mom, it was Carter's mom. So, we got super glue at the store and tried. The first time wasn't successful. Braeden was CRUSHED! So Jason told him that we'd try a second time, and if that didn't work, he'd let Braeden perform his very own amputation. So nooooooooow, Braeden was hoping it wouldn't work because doing an amputation sounded pretty neat! Unfortunately, the second try didn't work, probably because of the location of the laceration. It was time to perform the operation, and Braeden was raring, ready to go.

very cute. i enjoy how your posts have stories and events with pictures. it's organized and fun to look at.
Sad to hear Braeden may have already had his last Sunday. The CTR class will miss him! But we're excited we can keep up on his future adventures on the blog!
