We've had the pool set up for about 3 days now, trying to get the salt at an acceptable level (we got a saltwater pump for it). The boys have been chomping at the bit to get in. I've kept the solar cover on it to try and warm the water for them, but the water is still VERY cold. They were willing to get in for about 10 minutes and then they'd had enough.
Gaven's stay was more like 10 seconds... I don't blame him! You didn't see ME in there today!

Instead, we took the fun out front where the neighbor kids came over to have a water fight with the boys. Grandma bought our boys water squirters... they were a big hit!

Carsen must have just been "shot" with some cold water.
Gaven was fascinated trying to get the hose to squirt. He couldn't figure it out and didn't realize that his brothers turned it off after they filled the bucket every time.
I can't wait until the grass greens back up so we can get rid of all the dead grass that gets tracked in the house. Just look at Braeden... COVERED!
