We've been watching a lot of college basketball in our house. The boys sit and watch with us . . . we're not sure if it's because they enjoy it or because they have no choice. Regardless, Carsen has picked up on a few things, including a free-throw routine. He tells me, "Like they do it there." (pointing to the TV). The first picture bares a canny resemblance to . . . This picture was taken a second too late. Carsen had the ball and Braeden wanted it, so he came running at Carsen with both hands in the air. Good technique if you ask me. Carsen decided to shoot it last minute and did so while "fading back" against the couch. The most unbelievable part is that the basket went in!

The video isn't the greatest . . . it shows his free-throw routine, but right before he's going to shoot, he pulls the ball back and gets angry at Braeden for pretending like he's going to block his shot. We'll have to work on that!
